Moments
A Collection by Steven Pearce

Look inside this book of mine.

Learn some things about my time.

Here’s some quotes from my book.

If you enjoy then take a look.

...Then we turned our backs and walked away,

That very moment made my day.

A winter’s chill went down my spine,

For a moment caught in time...

...I’ll teach you things you did not know.

You’ll be amazed in what I show.

An impulse moment you must take.

With impulse decisions we must make...

...Sometimes I wish, I could forget.

Those painful moments that make me sick.

Those awful times when we would fight.

Not being able to sleep, those restless nights...

...You stop for a moment, and hold me close.

You say I love you, and that I mean the most.

You kiss my lips, with lips so sweet.

What did I do, to deserve such a treat...

“Forever is a long time, With time things change”

“Life is full of decisions. Every one we make, decides who we really are, every day we wake.”

“Hakuna Matata”

Steven Pearce is an up and coming poet, with this first publication. He is from a rural community on the east coast of Canada. When he’s not writing poetry and short stories, he’s actively creating and playing music with a variety of instruments. Always striving on creativity and imagination, processed by raw emotions and real experiences, it has always been a dream to be a published writer and to share his work with others. The content of this book is drawn from real life experiences of himself, and those around him with subjects stemming from dysfunctional families, love interests, and everyday relatable experiences of being a typical human in today’s modern world. Read, experience, enjoy, and take from the words in this book. You can stay connected with Steven and his writing by following him on Twitter and Facebook.
